BY SUBMITTING A CLASSIFED ADVERTISEMENT IN MOTORSPORTS MARKET by MOTORSM.COM YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1 All advertising is accepted subject to compliance with the law.

2 Advertisement will be rejected if it is misleading, fraudulent, obscene or involve stolen goods.

3 The customer is responsible for providing true, accurate, current and complete information to MotorSM and notifying MotorSM of any error when it appears. If any information provided by customer is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, MotorSM reserves the right to suspend or terminate customer's account and refuse any and all current or future use of any MotorSM service.

4 ADVERTISEMENTS: Subject to conditions and for limited duration MotorSM reserves the right to offer special discounts, promotions and complementatry listings. MotorSM reserves the right to extend the promotional period or withdraw the promotional or complementary offer early.

5 PAID ADS: All rates and fees are in UK £ POUND or € EURO or US Dollar ($USD) unless otherwise stated. Quoted rates and fees are subject to change without notice. Fees are not refundable.

6 Payment for MotorSM service should be made by credit card. MotorSM reserves the right to decline any payment where the customer's name do not match the name on card (business cards excepted). MotorSM service will commence after payment has been cleared and authorised. Customer account with MotorSM will be permanently suspended in the event of any criminal activity, fraud or fraudulent use of credit card.

7 The layout, size, and placement of all advertisements are entirely at the option of MotorSM.

8 As well as publishing online, MotorSM reserves the right to publish the advertisement in hard copy or in any other form.

9 MotorSM reserves the right to reject or withdraw any advertisement.

10 The customer indemnifies MotorSM against all claims, suits, liabilities, costs and expenses of any nature which is incurred by MotorSM arising out of the customer advertisement.

11 To the extent allowed by law, the liability of MotorSM is limited. MotorSM is not liable for loss or damage in respect of advertisement being displayed, altered, omitted or delayed . MotorSM is not liable for any delay or failure to publish an advertisement due to an unforeseen, uncontrollable or unlawful circumstance such as industrial dispute, government or legal restraint, network or communication or server breakdown for whatever reason.

12 In the event of any customer dispute related to MotorSM service, MotorSM can not accept any further request for service or payment from the customer until the dispute has been resolved.

13 MotorSM assumes no responsibility, and shall not be liable for any damages to, or viruses that may infect your computer equipment or other property on account of your access to, use of, or browsing in the MotorSM Site, or your downloading of any materials, data, text, images, video, or audio from the Site.

14 Limitation on liabiity: the entire contents of the MotorSM site are provided "as is" and MotorSM makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-imfringement of any kind with respect to this site or its contents. Neither MotorSM nor any of its directors, officers, employees or representatives will be liable for damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the use of this site or any of information contained herein, even if advised of the possibility thereof.
