CROCKER WINS CHAMPIONSHIP

  • Subaru driver Cody Crocker and co-driver Greg Foletta won their first Australian Rally title - the inaugural Possum Bourne merorial trophy.
  • Simon and Sue Evans finished 3rd overall. They became the first privateer to win an Australia Rally round outright. (Rally of Melbourne)

POSSUM BOURNE TRIBUTE

  • 47 year old Peter "Possum" Bourne was the most successful Australian and New Zealand rally driver having won a record 7 Australian Rally titles. This year he was competing in both the Australian Rally and the World Rally (Production Car class).
