TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• A deposit or full payment is required to secure any purchase through MotorSM GALLERY.
• A confirmed order is a binding sales contract between the Buyer and the Artist where the artwork is supplied by the artist. Any dispute arising from the order is the joint responsibility of the buyer and the artist.
• The sales contract is between the Buyer and MotorSM GALLERY where the artwork is owned and supplied directly by MotorSM GALLERY. Any dispute arising from the order is the joint responsibility of the buyer and MotorSM GALLERY.
• Once an order is confirmed through payment of a deposit, the buyer can still cancel the order provided sufficient advanced notice is provided before the artwork has been despatched. However the buyer will forfeit the deposit.
• Once the sale item has been despatched to the buyer the order can not be cancelled and there will be no refund unless the item delivered has been damaged during transit.
• Copyright of any reproductions or prints remains with the owner of the original artwork or the artist.
