"Hi Dale,

I was wondering if you could email me the information. We are a young family who have a 2003 Kia Carnival. In June 2009 our engine seized without warning on the highway. We were fortunate not to have had an accident.

We had the engine replaced at a cost of $5000 and got our car back a month later.

It is November 2009 now and our 2nd engine has seized. We cannot afford to replace the engine a second time and we are without transport.

I would be interested to hear from anybody else who could help.
