NATIONAL CAR CONNECTIONS COMPLAINT

CAR SELLING |
*COMPLAINT* |
 |
| RECOMMEND THAT THEY RECONSIDER AND LOOK AT OTHER OPTIONS. |
"I recently tried selling my car through National Car Connections and paid $435 for them to sell the car. When I went back to collect the car on the due date I had to pay cash at the reception they did not accept anything else. Anyway, while I was there no one asked me to inspect the car to check that everything was ok either at drop off or pick up. I trusted that being a business they would take good care of their customer's car whilst on their property - how wrong was I!
When I got home I noticed a big scratch on the driver's side of the front bumper and when I spoke to the salesman he said that it was already there or I must have scratched it myself. I asked for them to either repair the scratch or reimburse me the fee of $435 that I had paid them to sell my car. I just think they were rude and very unprofessional not to acknowledge that they had scratched my car and tried to put the blame back on me. It's like I paid someone $435 to scratch my car for me when I could do it myself for free!
Fortunately I have photos of the car prior to going there and after. If anyone is thinking of using National Car Connections to sell their car I would seriously recommend that they reconsider and look at other options. "
