DUNCAN BASHEER HANNON LAWYERS ACTS FOR A KIA CARNIVAL OWNER WHO HAS SUFFERED ECONOMIC LOSS

"Duncan Basheer Hannon Lawyers acts for a Kia Carnival owner who has suffered economic loss as a result of engine failure of their Kia Carnival. We are now considering commencing a class action for other Kia Carnival owners in similar circumstances.

Duncan Basheer Hannon has received numerous enquiries regarding the proposed class action from individuals Australia wide who own a Kia Carnival that have suffered engine failure and as a result we will be extending the deadline for registration of applications to Friday, 20 November 2009.
