KEEP UP THE PRESSURE ON NISSAN, AS ALL THEIR CLUTCH BURNING, FUEL GUZZLING D40'S WILL BE COMING HOME TO ROOST.

"I found an article on thewest.com.au 12 March, titled "Do you drive a lemon?”. Bits of article are as follows:

A United States website is helping people use so-called lemon laws to return their defective trucks, cars and motorbikes. Such websites could soon be operating in Australia. Consumer Affairs Minister, Chris Bowen has asked the CCAAC to examine costs / benefits of introducing lemon laws. This review will explore the issue of whether or not lemon laws are the best way to help consumers respond to motor vehicles they may have purchased, that repeatedly fail to meet expected standards of performance and quality.

Consumers have been denied the full benefit of implied conditions and warranties for too long, as many are unaware of their rights, Mr. Bowen said (and so it goes on, best to read the article).

Nissan Australia still haven’t replied to my customer satisfaction survey and attached letter but Duncan Nissan WA still send out nice little reminders about their wonderful service and "how's my Navara going?" although I told them I sold it after only one month with 5000kms driven.

Keep up the pressure on Nissan, as all their clutch burning, fuel guzzling D40's will be coming home to roost."
