I GET THE FEELING THEY ARE STALLING UNTIL MY CARAVAN IS TOO OLD TO REPLACE

"Since buying the Ace Award Firestar new in 2006 it has had a leak in the shower unit. The dealer has twice tried to fix it and is at present back at the manufacturers for the second time to be repaired. In 2006 mould had formed along the panel below the shower door, and a smell of dampness was always present, this was before it went back to the manufactures for the first time, the mould and the smell have since disappeared.

I am extremely concerned at the condition of the floor under the shower unit. I have asked for a replacement caravan but was told that there is nothing wrong with the caravan that cannot be fixed. The manufacturer refuses to give me a written report on their findings or what they have done, they have told me over the phone but will not put it in writing. I have expressed my concerns to the customer service department and to the customer service director, but they have not commented on the condition of the floor.

Can anyone please advise me on how to pursue this, as the Swift organisation have done nothing to put my fears to rest. I get the feeling they are stalling until my caravan is too old to replace.
