2. Violation of Terms & Conditions could lead to the immediate suspension of your account and legal action being taken against you by the authorities or an aggrieved party. You also agree to indemnify the Complaints Corner against all legal fees, damages and other expenses that may be incurred by the Complaints Corner as a result of your breach of these Terms & Conditions.

3. No defamatory comments that is capable of damaging the reputation of a person or organisation. If successfully sued you could be held liable for considerable damages and costs.

4. Avoid contempt of court - do not post anything that risks prejudicing ongoing or forthcoming court proceedings.

5. Do not post content which you've copied from someone else and don't own the copyright. Do not make duplicate postings, spamming or flooding.

6. Once a posting has been approved and published, it can not be removed except in exceptional circumstance. Factual errors can be corrected by requesting change to Complaints Corner.

7. No personal information - personal phone number or email or postal address will not be published. Readers of your posting can always contact you direct thru the feedback form. Use of pen name is discouraged. Offensive pen names will be deleted.

8. Links to websites (URL), scripts, video or any dynamic content will be deleted. Generally the only links allowed are to relevant non-commercial government department or agency websites.

9. No repeated capital letters - multiple or continuous use of capital letters will not be published. Upper case will be converted to lower case before publication. The only exceptions are for well known and industry accepted abbreviations and terms in capital letters such as RACV, ABC, ABS brakes etc.

10. No impersonating - impersonating someone is unacceptable and posting will be deleted.

11. The software that operates the Complaints Corner is proprietary software and you must not copy, reverse engineer or modify it.

12. Complaints Corner reserves the right to edit or delete its content and to terminate access to or use of the Complaints Corner.

13. Complaints Corner is a registered trading name of BESTCADE MOTORSM and may not be used without the written consent of BESTCADE MOTORSM. The content in Complaints Corner including text and any audio visual content, is owned by Complaints Corner. Except for fair use under the Commonwealth Copyright Act, you may not use or reproduce or allow anyone to use or reproduce this content without the written consent of Complaints Corner.

14. By posting content to the Complaints Corner, you licence Complaints Corner to reproduce, modify or distribute that content in any form and you waive any moral rights that you may have in that content.

15. Complaints Corner may on notice to you and at its discretion terminate your access to all or part of the Complaints Corner without the need to provide reasons.

Complaints Corner is not liable for loss or damage in respect of content being displayed, altered, omitted or delayed . Complaints Corner is not liable for any delay or failure to publish a user posting due to an unforeseen, uncontrollable or unlawful circumstance such as industrial dispute, government or legal restraint, network or communication or server breakdown for whatever reason.

Complaints Corner assumes no responsibility, and shall not be liable for any damages to, or viruses that may infect your computer equipment or other property on account of your access to, use of, or browsing the Complaints Corner, or your downloading of any materials, data, text, images, video, or audio from the Complaints Corner.
