8. No web links (URL) will be published without prior approval. Generally the only links allowed are to relevant non-commercial government department or agency websites.

9. No capital letters - multiple and continuous use of capital letters. Upper case will be converted to lower case before publication. The only exceptions are for well known and industry accepted abbreviations and terms in capital letters such as RACV, ABC, ABS etc.

10. No impersonating - impersonating someone is unacceptable and posting will be deleted.

11. The software that operates the Complaints Corner is proprietary software and you must not copy, reverse engineer or modify it.

12. Complaints Corner reserves the right to edit or delete its content and to terminate access to or use of the Complaints Corner.
