1 Fees for all MotorSM COLLECTION service such as classified advertising, used car search, new car quotation include GST which is payable.

2 Quoted rates and fees are subject to change without notice.

3 All advertising is accepted subject to compliance with the law.

4 MotorSM reserves the right to reject or withdraw any advertisement.

5 The customer is responsible for providing correct information to MotorSM and notifying MotorSM of any error when it appears.

6 Private customers: payment for MotorSM COLLECTION service should be paid by credit card. Special request for payment by cheque, cash, internet bank transfer or direct deposit may also be accepted. MotorSM service will commence after payment has been cleared and authorised.

7 Commercial customers: account must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date. MotorSM may charge interest on all overdue amounts and may claim from the customer all costs associated with recovering the money.

8 The layout, size, and placement of all advertisements are entirely at the option of MotorSM.

9 As well as publishing online, MotorSM reserves the right to publish the advertisement in hard copy or in any other form.

10 MotorSM COLECTION's car quotation and car search service relies on email communication to the customer. MotorSM is not responsible and not liable for any delay or error in email transmission or reception caused by problems, faults or negligence on the part of the customer email server, customer email account, customer ISP connection, which are outside MotorSM control.

11 The customer indemnifies MotorSM against all claims, suits, liabilities, costs and expenses of any nature which is incurred by MotorSM arising out of the customer advertisement or customer use of information provided from MotorSM car quotation or car search service.

12 To the extent allowed by law, the liability of MotorSM is limited. MotorSM is not liable for loss or damage in respect of advertisement being displayed, altered, omitted or delayed . MotorSM is not liable for any delay or failure to publish an advertisement due to an unforeseen, uncontrollable or unlawful circumstance such as industrial dispute, government or legal restraint, network or communication or server breakdown for whatever reason.

13 In the event of any customer dispute related to MotorSM COLLECTION service, MotorSM can not accept any further request for service or payment from the customer until the dispute has been resolved.

14 To the extent allowed by law, any other liability of MotorSM arising out of any MotorSM COLLECTION service is limited to repayment of the original fee or $30 whichever is the lesser.
